Innovation and Persistence
Inventing, developing and manufacturing clothes dryer related items--that's In-O-Vate. We're
dryer venting specialists guided by two important principles: saving energy and reducing the fire
hazard. When our products are installed, the rewards are collected by a multitude of recipients; the
homeowner, builder, tradesmen, architect, distributor, appliance manufacturer, fire protection
personnel and the building official.
Organized in Jupiter Florida as In-O-Vate Technologies Incorporated, we're a privately owned company
with our manufacturing plant in Pittsburgh, PA. Our flagship product, the Dryerbox® is sold
and installed throughout the North American continent and repeatedly used by practically every major
builder.
We've been successful because of the value we place on developing long-term relationships
based on flawless customer support. Some of our customers have been with us for 15
years. In addition to customer service, In-O-Vate stands for dependable quality, revolutionary
innovation and on-time delivery on each Dryerbox, Dryer-Ell and accessory. That's what
drives us and that's our promise to you. We execute that promise by investing aggressively in
manufacturing improvements, product design innovations, back-office technology, efficient distribution
and in the people who have contributed to the company's growth and achievement.
Since 1995, we've received six patents and are continuously investing in better technology, new
tooling and expanding our distribution centers. Our research and development lab in Jupiter
is busy innovating and improving the line. We're better than ever and proud to have a shelf
full of awards to show for it. Our products are "green" and add significantly to your safekeeping. We
are grateful to you, our customer.

Harpenau - Owner/Inventor/President |
 As
a General Contractor for 13 years, building custom
homes and developing residential communities, Rick
has always been around and cherished construction,
engineering, and inventing. Growing up with 7 other
brothers and sisters, he would jump on the opportunity
to take things apart and rebuild them or manage
to fix anything that was broken in the house.
Hobbies/Interests:
Rick enjoys beach volleyball, wakeboarding, kite-surfing,
staying in shape and enjoying time with his wife
and 18 year old son. Hunt for Red October is his
favorite movie and a big bowl of cereal in the morning
is a must. Favorite quote is "Measure twice
and cut once."

Fedorko - Office/Customer Service |
 Paula
has the unique background and expertise to help
the organization create a culture of customer service
and teamwork. She is the friendly voice at
the other end of the phone or e-mail, responding
to all your Customer Service needs.
Hobbies/Interests:
Paula's living aboard a boat allows her the peace
and freedom of the sea, and unlimited access to
the great Florida sunshine. Interests include caring
for her grandson Cody, and performing those never
ending labor-of-love first-mate duties on their
yacht "Pain Killer".

Ortiz - Director of Distribution |
 After
graduating from Pennsylvania State University, James
longed for palm trees and sunshine. With a background
in sales and promotions, he gladly welcomed the
opportunity, where he now develops and maintains
sales relationships with distributors, builders,
and contractors.
Hobbies/Interests:
James lives for Steeler and Penn State football. When he's not at work, you can find him on the volleyball court, playing and coaching youth travel teams. New to scuba diving, he plans on enjoying the many reefs Florida has to offer.

| Cliff Budnick - VP of New Business Development |
After being only the third person in 10 years to complete Florida Atlantic University’s MBA program in less than a year, Cliff has parlayed his entrepreneurial abilities and superb interpersonal skills to help manage the LintAlert®. From distribution to sales, Cliff is your point man for anything and everything related to the LintAlert®
Hobbies/Interests:
Cliff is usually outdoors and active in all that South Florida has to offer. He enjoys surfing, golfing, boating, diving, fishing, tennis and more, though nothing beats quality time with his friends and family. Cliff is also an avid traveler and has visited over 25 countries and counting.

| Bobby Chisholm - Assistant Product Manager |
After graduating from Clarion University on a golf scholarship, Bobby decided to move into a warmer climate where the golf season never ends. His extensive sales and online marketing background landed him a sales position overlooking some of the newer, energy efficient products that In-O-Vate released.
Hobbies/Interests:
Bobby tries to golf every weekend and maintain his five handicap. He loves snorkeling, boating, fishing, jogging, playing and coaching softball. He also spends a lot of his free time with his dog Mia and takes her to the beach a couple times a week, attempting to wear her out.

| Todd M. Peach - Marketing and Operations |
A native Floridian, it took 18 years of marketing and management experience in other parts of the country to realize that the draw of the sunshine state is impossible to resist. Luckily, this also afforded a skill set that runs a broad gamut of disciplines. Todd brings extensive experience in technology, marketing management, copy writing and graphic design to the great team at In-O-Vate Technologies Incorporated.
Hobbies/Interests:
After a long history as a workaholic-bachelor with no outside interests, Todd was rescued by his beautiful and talented wife who has shown him that exploring the less traveled parts of Florida helps to make a well-rounded and happy professional life.
